Danielle makes sure her team takes the time to learn and understand each client’s culture and match candidates who will propel their work force demands forward to meet both short-term and long-term needs. Aspire prides itself on the attention they give to their associates, their unique approach uses the Whole Life/ Person Centered Model. This approach has been incorporated into both Aspire’ and VPL’s business model. The team meets candidates where they are at and go the extra mile to assist them with any barriers they may need to overcome to have long-term successful, permanent employment. They collaborate with local community resources for hurdles such as childcare, transportation and treatment, to name only a few. They offer associates peer support and advocacy in many areas, reverse recruiting for higher skill levels, career path development when needed and overall moral support. This not only creates a feeling of inclusion, respect and appreciation but also gives the associate a higher level of accountability to provide the clients where they are placed with a dedicated worker, creating higher retention rates.
Aspire is most proud of the success this model has shown with their efforts in second chance employment through re-entry and re-integration collaborations.
